With COVID-19 putting a halt to international visitors, our client Destination Rotorua was looking to launch a fresh school holiday campaign to help increase preference for the city. The brief was to showcase the variety of activities Rotorua has to offer, making it a go-to destination for parents looking for ways to keep the kids entertained with minimal stress. This quick turnaround project for Destination Rotorua has evolved into an awesome bilingual campaign that packs real punch.
PROCESS
We developed ‘With Us’, a campaign that encouraged visitors to join the people of Rotorua in experiencing unique attractions and experiences together. Using an illustrative style, we brought the activities to life in a fun, interactive way that captured the essence of Rotorua.
SOLUTION
We have collaboratively delivered a fully realised illustrated map in English and te reo, animated videos, stills and built an interactive online website www.rotoruanz.com/withus. These assets can be used again and built on for years to come.
